Keep Moving Forward

It's my first day back at work after taking two weeks of holidays, which were full of family visits, Christmas celebrations, painting our house, and having fun cross country skiing and igloo building. In short, it was a fun, relaxing and productive time off!

Today we're looking to the future: how can we make our programs more purposeful and relevant for those we reach out to? How can we reach more?

Some items on my plate right now are:
- Steinbach Bible College's MIssion X: I have an opportunity to serve alongside, and help bring awareness and education to a group of first year Bible college students.
- Five - seven year old Bible studies. Some of the feedback we received after the first three months of our discipleship program is that the youngest kids are not getting too much out of the Bible studies - they're geared for older, more mature students. I've been given the task of re-tooling the curriculum so the little guys get more out of it.
- Thankfulness. This past year has been one rich with blessings, and now seems like a good time to stop and thank those who have made it all possible.
- Cooking class. I'm resuming my cooking class for girls and looking for recipes of meals that can be made for $5 or less - have anything to contribute? Please email me!
